Photography, styling, recipe development and writing
Bill helps promote Garsons Farm Shop produce by developing recipes in a designed format to be printed into A5 cards and A1 posters. The recipes are developed to highlight seasonal ingredients and to cross-sell Garsons artisan and other supplier’s produce. Bill also attends Garsons Food Fairs, where samples from the recipes are available for customers to try. The stalls display the ingredients for each recipe. Recipes are supported online and via social media to create engagement across the Garsons community.
